Incredible service and team! Tom was extremely responsive to our request on Yelp. Answered all of our questions I'm detail. Their entire team of installers stayed at our home until 10:30pm to get the job done. Incredible work ethic. Thank you so much! Impact Plumbing is great! I went to shower and had no hot water. I called their 24-hour line and they had a technician out to my house by midnight. Travis quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us pictures of the rust on the top of the water heater. He got us on the schedule for a new water heater between 8:00 and 10:00 am the next morning. Dave and Jose arrived around 9:00 am and completed the install within two hours. They also replaced a flapper that was leaking in one of our toilets. Travis, Dave and Jose were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing. I will definitely contact Impact Plumbing again when the need arises.

Travis was on time and did a great job of explaining the various work that we needed to accomplish. He was able to fix the leak on the shower faucet by replacing the cartridge. He also provided me with a water analysis and my water softner is not working properly and I will need to address. Very informative and easy to work with on these projects.
