Hit Fit SF is a great gym if you're looking for boxing classes, boot camps, or excellent workouts in general. I started a few months ago at Hit Fit and I'm impressed with how inclusive and welcoming of diverse backgrounds, fitness and commitment levels the Hit Fit team is. If you keep showing up, they are there to support you in your fitness journey. Having workout accountability is important and they make it fun. Just show up and do the best you can that day. The environment is energetic, friendly and uplifting. The drop ins have been important for me to keep my fitness commitment while maintaining flexibility. I appreciate the Hit Fit team. They are a local business gem.
Highly recommend Andrea’s HITT class! I was visiting from New York and found this on Classpass, and it was one of the best HITT classes I’ve ever taken. Andreas energy is unmatched and her workout was super fun and perfectly challenging. 10/10!!
*Update* I moved from the neighborhood and figured I’d join a new gym near my new place. I tried. It wasn’t the same. The community wasn’t the same. The camaraderie wasn’t the same. And the instruction wasn’t even close. So, I came back and deal with the commute. I can’t come as often as when I was 2 blocks away, but maintaining the membership is well worth it! I moved to SF from NYC really trying to level up my boxing game. Luckily for me, I was a short walk from Hit Fit and after trying other gyms in the city, I came here and never left. The first person I met was Cole and he welcomed me to the club with open arms and immediately helped me feel at home, which for a boxing gym especially, is of utmost importance. All the instructors are friendly and motivating and work with you to help you meet your goals. It’s a great community here and I’m happy to be a part of it 🥊
