Had a brilliant day exploring Straddie on our tour today. Our tour guide Rob was fantastic, he is so knowledgeable and a true professional who explained everything and shared some really interesting facts. We felt like we were really well looked after and being in a nice small group made the experience really enjoyable and the day ran so smoothly. We didn’t feel like we were rushed, but managed to fit so much into one day. I would definitely recommend using Hit the road tours and so grateful for a day full of beautiful nature, scenery and wildlife (plus a few of Robs dad jokes!) Communication and organisation from the company was also on point.

North Stradbroke Island - Rob our tour guide was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable he made sure everyone in the group had a great time. A wildlife whisperer - he managed to locate koalas, kangaroos, manta rays, turtles, goanna, kookaburras and a sneaky green snake. The communication from the company in the lead up to the tour was also really good ensuring we were well informed. 10/10 highly recommended this tour group.

A very relaxing tour of Straddie with guide Rio! Compared to other tours this was a lot less rushed at each stop, and a smaller group was nice as well. The island scenery is incredible. Loved the extra stop at Deadman's Beach.

Was in Brisbane for a short break and chose hit the road for a day tour to North Stradbroke Island. Our guide was Rio. And there were four other couples along the Rio was great and very informative. It was a busy day with lots of walking and a stop for lunch. We saw many native animals and did the lovely coastal walk. It was a wonderful day and highly recommended

Thankyou so much for a great tour to Nth Stradbroke island on 1st July 2025 !! Our tour guide Rio was friendly, informative, knowledgeable about the environment, animals.. he communicated well with details about the itinerary, where to meet & our time allotted at each place etc ..helpful when there was a majority of international travelers on this tour !! I would highly recommend this tour to any visitors to the area !! Thanks so much Rio !!
