Friendly and professional. Michael Pead is a really friendly and reliable agent who I would happily use again. He’s definitely more of a caller than an email or text person, and I always found it best to just pick up the phone and speak to him directly. Buying a house can be a very stressful time, but he genuinely helped make the whole process feel much less stressful. Communication was always open and honest, and he came across as friendly, genuine, and easy to deal with throughout. He seems to genuinely care about both parties involved in the sale of a property. I would recommend Michael, especially for first home buyers!

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The team provided great service and were always easy to contact. They made managing my property completely stress-free and had it rented within a week, with a smooth and efficient tenant selection process. I never had any issues at all. Jade and Georgia were both very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for property leasing and management.

Amazing service and even better results. Bree was incredible from the get go. We put some pressure on at a tough time of year to turn around a sale quickly and Bree more than delivered on our timeline and exceeded our price expectations. Her approach was well thought out and allowed for an off market competitive bid process which helped us get the result we were after quickly, where most others would not have been able to. Bree was working for us late on Christmas Eve to get the contract exchanged, we couldn’t have asked for more. Could not recommend her more highly.

We had a fantastic experience with Jason. He sold our property quickly and, just as importantly, gave us clear and practical guidance before we went to market. His advice on what to prioritise, what not to overdo and which trades to use was invaluable. He recommended options that were both high quality and cost-effective which made the whole pre-sale process far less stressful. Professional, responsive and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Outstanding support, expert knowledge and handling of the sale. Sarah was extremely professional and an amazing communicator, providing detailed information on the all aspects of preparing the house for sale, the open house process and the auction. She responded immediately to any query and took the time to discuss options with us. Sarah was proactive in obtaining reports, assisted in organising trades as required and provided detailed analysis of each open house. We felt supported throughout the entire process, achieved a great result at auction and would highly recommend Sarah and the Hive team
