Emma Beauman, the property manager, has been terrific in looking after both my interests as an owner and those of tenants. She is equally respectful of both perspectives and is great at finding solutions that suit everyone. She has been exceedingly patient when I ask questions in an email that she answered in a previous email (or two!), always courteous and professional. She replies very quickly. I can't sing her praise more!

Highly recommend Sam and Toby from MARQ Property. We recently worked with them both on the sale of our home and it was simply amazing: 1, they both come in with genuine communications throughout the process. They give truthful answers to all my questions and concerns. 2, Sam is a great advisor strategically. If you are facing difficulties in your sale just ask for his plan and let him drive. 3, Toby ensured all open homes are well prepared and smooth. We can’t make the sale without him coming to host the open homes no matter how bad is the weather. I can go on and on about how good they are but long story short - they have secured a returning customer!

Dear MARQ, after 7 years of renting my townhouse from both LJ Hooker and then MARQ, I have bought it. I wanted to say a big thank you to all my wonderful property managers, of which I have had 4. I started with no rental hx in this country, having been an owner of 3 properties and never rented. Victoria M gave me a chance in a competitive market and I had a great rapport with her, Christine M, Bek T and finally Chelsea H. All the managers have been professional, kind and understanding. It's been a pleasure dealing with MARQ.

I had an excellent experience renting through Maddy Jeffery, Portfolio Manager. She was always professional, friendly, and quick to resolve any queries or maintenance issues. Maddy made the whole process — from moving in to moving out — incredibly easy and stress-free. Her communication was clear and consistent, and she genuinely cared about providing great service. I honestly think Maddy Jeffery deserves a promotion for the fantastic work she does! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive property manager.

We engaged Nik from MARQ Property to sell our house in Canberra while we were living in Queensland. The house needed work done and renovations in order to go to market. Nik and his team had quotes done almost immediately at a very reasonable price, the end product and styling was immaculate and done so quickly. I can't beleive how easy it was working with the team from beginning to end. They are friendly, transparent, professional and highly skilled. The stylist was also incredible! I would recommend Nik and his team at MARQ Property to anyone looking for an agent to sell their house.
