Benedict Tapere is who we spoke with. He was a delight to work with. He focused on all necessary documents. He explained the process and he was very diligent in his work ethic. Today got a call from my case manager Lucy very kind and patient and explained the process throughout. Also Austin and Apple who did my intake very respectful and kind and patient my son who is autistic does love ti make more noise while im on the phone they are very understanding
