This was my first experience of selling a house which was daunting as it felt different to buying! The team at Hogg & Hogg made it a smooth process. From Helen visiting to value the house to Ceri then taking over the sale, explaining each step, answering any questions I had and communicating progress regularly. The whole team were incredibly supportive through a stressful time. If I ever popped into the branch it felt like everyone in the team knew about the sale, not just my agent. Hogg & Hogg have such a personable approach whilst remaining professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and in fact my sister and my friend have since gone on to use Hogg & Hogg for their sales. Thank you Helen, Ceri and team! We would highly recommend Hogg and Hogg to anyone wishing to have a positive experience of selling their home. Hogg and Hogg are an outstanding independent family owned estate agency, and provided an excellent service for our recent property sale. They fully justified our decision to trust an independent agency and stay away from the expensive, hard sell of the "corporates". The whole team were highly professional and helpful. They lined up several viewings very quickly and achieved a sale within 10 days of listing. Throughout the process of working through to exchange of contracts they were very helpful indeed, with Ceri deserving special mention for her negotiation work. Huge thanks to Helen and the team!
