We recently bought a property through Savills and Dan Rees and the team was fantastic from start to finish. The purchase process was quite rocky at times, but Dan was always prompt with his replies, answered every question clearly, kept us updated without us ever having to chase. He consistently went over and above. Nothing was ever too much trouble and his proffessionalism and calm approach made a stressful process so much easier. We can't recommend Dan and Savills highly enough.

We had a superb experience with Savills Cardiff Estate Agents. Our agent, James Thomas, was utterly fantastic. James has a prompt, polite and relaxed approach which conveys experience and confidence. We always felt like we could send him a message and that our concerns were in good hands. We've been looking forward to purchasing our first home for a long time and I am really grateful it happened with James. Savills have been amazing selling our home, an excellent experience all round. James & his team are highly professional & extremely friendly & helpful . Their communication was fantastic, always returning calls & messages promptly . James sold our house quickly even in a tricky market .
