HORRIBLE SERVICE! me and my friends were participating in one of the bowling activities, we were DYING of thirst our throats worn out we begged the SINGULAR staff member who was doing nothing for them to refill the water fountain. They said, and I quote, "In a minute okay?" WE THEN WAITED 36 MINUTES FOR WATER. DONT COME HERE!!

Holly Molly Charlestown is an amazing place to hang out with friends and family! We had our Harris Farm Cooks Hill Christmas party there last night, and it was such a blast. 🎄 We played mini golf, bowling, and laser tag — everyone had so much fun! My partner and I also made some great memories in the Photo Booth, capturing lots of random and funny moments. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and a big shoutout to Holly and Cristy for their outstanding customer service — they made the whole experience even better. Overall, everyone from Harris Farm had a fantastic time, and we’re already planning to go back soon for another round of laser tag and bowling! 🎳🔥

Great fun family day out. Food was nice and fast. We had kids aged from 4-20 and they all have an amazing time. Staff also very friendly

Took my son and his mate here for a rainy day activity. It was packed and couldn't get in for at least an hr (best to book ahead), but the 5 stars come, because of Eden - she had great customer service, reassured us we would have a better time in an hr with less people (which we did) and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks again for great customer service!

Awesome service, great facilities, tasty food. Had a bucks party one week then a birthday party the next weekend. The staff local staff are amazing, friendly and fun. The food was awesome and we had a great time.
