Not only did Holly take the time to send an email asking for photographs of my hair for her review, she Also asked me to send her pictures of what I would like to have my hair look like prior to my first visit. She then sent a second email to let me know her thoughts and Not only provided the address, but also let me know everything I needed to know from where to park to the beverages that Were being served and the time that she expected me to show up. I was greeted when I got there and it was so refreshing to not be stressed regarding a new appointment. The environment was warm and welcoming, and she did the best job I could ever ask for on my hair. I’ve never had my gray blended so well. I feel that Holly listens to you and she takes her career very seriously. I will be returning and have already booked my next appointment six weeks out for my Gloss. Thank you so much, Holly! I found Holly while I was searching for someone who specializes in brunettes going blonde in Memphis. Holly and I did a consultation and she came up with a hair plan that would take me to the color that I always wanted and still keep my hair healthy. I completely trust her expertise and every time I leave her chair I feel even more beautiful than the last. Love! Love! Love! Love my hair! Love how talented Holly is! Love her salon vibe! Everything from the initial interaction as a new client via her website to learn about you, what you like, and about your hair. To how easy it is to schedule appointments and how it follows up and sends you reminders. Her salon has a very cool vibe. Almost didn’t want to leave. Holly is wonderful.
