In October I had a base color done. Just base color...no haircut. My appointment took 3 hours total and the last 20 minutes my stylist asked another stylist to dry my hair because her next appointment started. The girl did not dry my hair all the way. I was charged an extra $50 for the blow dry. This appointment should not have lasted this long and I should not have been charged extra to have my hair dried. I am not going to single out the stylist on here because I know Salon 387 has my details and can find the information to address this from my October 4th hair appointment. I have been to this salon multiple times over the past 6 years and I will not be returning due to this. The total for this was $160.00.

I went about 5 years without getting my hair cut and the experience here was fantastic. Salon 387 was absolutely the best place to break my haircut hiatus, and Virginia was such a joyful and kind stylist. I haven't been this excited about a cut and color in a long time.

Hannah S is so talented! I previously had black hair that was lifted to red with 11 weeks of root. She managed to correct and blend the colors to a blonde while creating a smudge root look. Super focused to detail and takes as long as needed to make you feel good and happy about yourself! Highly recommend :)

I’ve been coming to this salon for years & I am always welcomed with smiles & positive energy. All the stylists are very kind, professional & talented. I absolutely adore my hair each time I leave. I swear, they have some of the best blowouts in Memphis. I look forward to treating myself every few months to coming back to see my friends at Salon387.
