The bowling experience was highly enjoyable. Although we did not partake in the food or beverage offerings, the presentation was commendable. The arcade games provided a stimulating and entertaining experience. The staff members consistently demonstrated exceptional kindness and friendliness. I thoroughly appreciated the venue and anticipate a return visit.

Was a bit reluctant at 1st because of the price, but through the experience it was one of the best. Great food cooked fresh. We ordered 4 different things each. Which meant me had 8 things to try. We did this 4 to 5 times which meant we tried over 40 things each. We will definitely go again.

The team members are very polite and helpful but I feel sorry for them because they are seriously understaffed. Sadly this is very common nowadays .Came as a family of 4 adults and 5 children for 2 games of bowling, drinks, games of pool and arcades, spending a lot of money between us. The diner was shut due to a “technical error” so we couldn’t buy food. We were there from 6:45 to 10pm on a Saturday and the floor was littered with what looked like a whole days’ worth of discarded tickets and food wrappers. We were late getting into our lanes on arrival. Tables in the bar area and bowling alleys were left dirty and wet, stacked with empty glasses and they struggle to keep the bowling alley areas free from clutter too. The bar staff were very polite but sadly service was very slow and the bar itself was one big puddle. The ladies toilets smelled very unclean, like they hadn’t been cleaned or disinfected for days, and the toilet rolls are so tightly packed it’s difficult to access more than a few sheets which must make it impossible for small children or those with weak hands. To maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness and comfort for the public, throughout the whole day, I believe it needs at least 4 more staff on duty for cleaning tables, bowling alleys, floors and toilets. This would make for an entirely different customer experience. Definitely would not come again because the place was so messy, unclean, expensive and no sense of value for money.

The staff were lovely polite kind and understanding. The facilities were very clean and having noticed the VIP signage on bowling my son mentioned it and the lady was.more than happy to put us there over all lovely place coin machines you can use your card or contactless to get money for the arcade :)
