We had our roof replaced in October of last year and I can’t recommend Holt Roofing enough! My husband and I were under serious time pressure to replace our roof or risk being dropped by our insurance. Initially, we went with a roofer recommended by my father-in-law, but unfortunately he turned out to be more of a handyman than a professional roofer. He did nearly everything wrong, caused thousands of dollars in damage, and left us with a leaky roof. The second time around, I did my own research and had three different roofing companies come out to assess the damage and provide estimates. Tyler Holt was the only roofer who actually got up on the roof and clearly explained everything that had been done incorrectly. His knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail immediately stood out. He answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. Tyler understood how urgent our situation was and got a crew out quickly to fix our roof. While I didn’t interact much with the crew, they were polite, professional, and efficient. Thanks to Holt Roofing, our roof was finally done correctly, and we have peace of mind again. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Had a leak in my roof that needed addressed. Tyler was quick to schedule an inspection appointment and arrived at the agreed upon time. Though I could have gotten by with just a quick and less expensive repair, the pros and cons of repair versus replacement were thoroughly explained due to the overall age of my roof. Never felt like I was being upsold, but rather just given an honest evaluation, and ultimately ended up deciding to proceed with a complete replacement. The quote was provided within a handful of business days. Was neatly organized, easy to understand for someone who knows nothing about roofing choices, and provided three pricing options (good, better, best) along with detailed breakdown of the differences between the three options. After making my tier and color choices, the approval process was handled electronically and payment was made securely online without issue. Leadtime that was quoted had to be adjusted due to the early snow and cold temperatures in December, but Tyler maintained communication during that time period. Did not have a chance to meet any of the crew that installed the roof as I was at work, but there were lots of team members involved. The work was completed in one day as promised. My yard was left clean from debris and actually better than they found it as they blew away leaves and such that had collected around my home. 10/10 would recommend Holt Roofing!

We are repeat Holt Roofing customers. We were extremely pleased with Holt's performance in our tear-off & new roof installation 12 years ago, so naturally we chose them again this month to install a flat porch roof and replace a large existing roof window. Again, we cannot say enough about the positive experience and confidence we felt using Holt; our sales representative & project manager Zach, our installation team Dallas (lead installer), Jay, Brandt, Josh & Chuck, and our office communication with Rachel, who was always pleasant. Dallas is a very talented carpenter/roofer and has excellent customer service skills! Everyone was professional, polite and most importantly showed a sense of pride in their work efforts. It is no wonder why this company has been in business for 75 years! Holt is truly a quality company, uses quality materials, takes no shortcuts, and employs a quality team of associates. Very thorough, professional , pleasant, hard working crew!! They completed the work on the house roof & the completed our shed. (1 1/2 car ) one one day!! Excellent!! We would recommend Holt anyday!!

We are very happy with Holt Roofing and the new roof installed in April 2025, on our home and detached garage. Tyler Holt was prompt and professional leading up to the install, taking care of our questions. The bulk of the work was done in one day, with the project manager (Josh, I believe) checking on the work during the crew’s lunch break, and taking care of my questions. Didn’t interact much with the crew but when I did, they were considerate and professional. We’ve used Holt previously for 2-3 repairs over the years and definitely would not hesitate to contact the company again for any future work. We 100% recommend Holt Roofing for quality, communications and value.
