Communication skills are terrible... Roof crew and siding crew both had 1 person that spoke English and they both left about 30minutes after the work started the 1st day. After work was finished had a list of things needing re-done, wires exposed, lights not working, spacing on lights not measured, door frame not attached properly. They did return and fix most of the problems. And last week they were supposed to show up for an inspection. When they didn't I called and was told I didn't confirm. When the appointment was originally made I was told." see you then if anything changes let us know" nothing changed they just didn't show up. For what the sell you and charge you they need to do way better. I have not and will not recommend them to anyone. Just be very cautious if you do business with them.

The men placed protection on needed areas before removing the old roof. The new roof was installed in two days. Clean up was thorough. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend this company.

We scheduled to have a total roof replacement on our house and garage with Integrity Home Exteriors. Our Customer Experience Manager, Brett H. was exceptional with his communication and approachability from the first phone call. He and his team arrived on time, worked cohesively throughout the day, and contained the work site in a organized manner. The team was respectful of our property and made extra effort to accommodate a few added details as the project went on. Brett kept us informed and made sure to address any of our concerns. We are happy with our choice to use Integrity and would recommend them to anyone looking to have roof work done.

Great experience getting our roof replaced. Michael did a fantastic job explaining the products and services after he performed an inspection. Greg and the installation crew worked efficiently and completed the entire tear off and installation process in a single day, working 12 plus hours on 90 degree day. We are very pleased with the Integrity service team and we look forward to working with them again on a gutter replacement project in the near future.

Integrity Home Exteriors did an awesome job. We had 2 other companies give us an estimate before Integrity. I’m so glad we chose Integrity! The price was very reasonable. We had a complete tear off of 2 layers of shingles and added baffles in the attic and ridge vents. The crew was great and everyone is easy to talk to. They did a great job cleaning up. I love my new roof! Thank you Integrity and crew for a job well done! I highly recommend Integrity.
