We purchased a sofa set and some other furniture from Home Comfort Furniture and were very happy with the overall experience. Everything went smoothly from selecting the furniture to delivery and home setup. The delivery was on time, and the team was professional and efficient. About 10 days later, we noticed some wear and tear on the loveseat and contacted the store. We spoke with the store manager and sent photos of the issue. Although the invoice mentioned that claims should be submitted within five days, the manager still came by the same evening to inspect the problem. He was very understanding and immediately offered a replacement. My mom decided she wanted to change the entire set to a different design instead. The store manager agreed without hesitation. The next day, we went to the store, selected a new model, and they delivered it the very same day ,even during a busy holiday season. We are extremely satisfied with the service and customer care we received. A special thank you to Yasir for his excellent communication and support. We will definitely recommend Home Comfort Furniture to others and will be returning for future furniture needs.
