On a spur-of-the-moment decision, we chose to visit Home Zone in Fort Worth, and the experience exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked through the door. Upon entering the Home Zone store located at 6650 NW Loop 820, we were warmly greeted by nearby employees—welcoming and attentive, yet never intrusive or pushy. This immediately created a comfortable and inviting shopping environment. We were especially impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, and genuine willingness to help demonstrated by both the management team and the sales staff. Every individual we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our needs were fully understood and met, making the entire purchasing process seamless and enjoyable. Following our purchase and delivery, we encountered a few minor concerns. However, Home Zone addressed each issue promptly and professionally. The matters were corrected without hesitation, our concerns were never questioned, and—most importantly—no excuses were made. They simply took care of business. This level of integrity and accountability speaks volumes about Home Zone’s commitment to customer satisfaction and their confidence in standing behind their products. A special thank you to Salesman Jon, Salesman Milak, and Managers Innocent, and Jacob—Each exemplified true professionalism. Lastly, we were extremely pleased with the quality-to-value ratio, competitive pricing, and, most importantly, the consistent professionalism and conduct of every individual we encountered. I’ve had a great experience so far. We purchased a dining table, an 8×10 rug (on back order), a sectional, and a sofa bed for our guest room. The dining table arrived with a stain on the tabletop, and one of the legs was chipped and stained. We also accidentally ordered the wrong sofa with a chaise. When I requested an exchange and replacements, the team was efficient, professional, and happy to help. They also exchanged the sofa bed for the correct one without any issues. The delivery drivers, Deonte and Yaciel, were very kind and did an excellent job setting up the furniture. We received everything in less than a week. Thank you, Home Zone Furniture, for providing outstanding customer service. A very happy customer ☺️

I came to Home Zone in Lake Worth, Texas on a recommendation from a coworker looking for a living room set… The procrastinator that I am I couldn’t decide…. Devon is Awesome!!! He walked with for at least an hour before I found what I was looking for…. I highly recommend Home Zone in Lake Worth and make sure you Ask For Devon he is Great… I will be back to finish furnishing my New Apartment….. Thanks Devon You’re An Awesome Salesman…. 🙂👍

As many of you know, I don't leave five star reviews unless it's necessary and it's earned. Not that home zone doesn't earn your trust when you purchase. As a matter of fact, we just came back and purchased a love seat. We didn't even haggle. We didn't look anywhere else because I know the quality of the home zone furniture meets my particular specifications and needs. This recent purchase of the love seat had a twist that I didn't see coming. We didn't get the firmness that we thought was going to come with the love seat that we ordered and the store was very happy to help us select a better quality. Much firmer cushion loveseat ensemble that was what we needed . Innocent, Emma, and Victoria are three good employees and are a customer centric so look them up. Them up innocent is the manager and the other two are very happy to help us go select what we needed and very accommodating. I was always impressed with the people at home zone at ridgemore and it's the first time in the store off of 820 and it won't be my last . I always go to home zone. I got the warranty for the wood, the seams, the zippers and stitching and if you don't use it after 3 years which is the coverage, they will refund you that money that you paid for the warranty in a home zone credit. How about that? Enjoy because I did, no hassles with Emma and Victoria and a big thank you to the store manager Innocent!

Outstanding Service from Jon at Home Zone Furniture I had an excellent experience shopping at Home Zone Furniture, and I want to give special recognition to Jon for his outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, Jon was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I’d also like to thank the store manager, who was equally courteous and professional. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority at this location, and it really made a difference. If you're shopping at Home Zone, I highly recommend asking for Jon—and a sincere thank you to the manager for leading such a great team!
