We are not from this area but just visiting family and needing to get our dog into the groomers. It was the weekend after Christmas so I thought they would be booked out on Saturday but surprisingly, there were a lot of appointment options. Since we’ve used PetSmarts where we live, they had all of our information saved in the system which was nice. We showed up just a few minutes late but they got us checked in quickly and the employee helping us was really kind. Usually when we take our dog in, it takes only an hour or so for them to bath him and trim/grind his nails. They told us though it would be 2-3 hours which we didn’t expect but I assumed it was because they were busy so it wasn’t an issue. The payment process was a little annoying that we had to go back to the groomers to get our ticket to pay, then go back up front to pay and then to the back again to pick up our dog. Seemed a little unnecessary but I guess people probably just walk out without paying so I understood why. The price was reasonable and for how well they did, I would have paid more. They trimmed our dog’s nails down really short which for some reason not every groomer does. I’m not sure exactly what they did but after he was washed, he’s hardly been shedding. Part of that could be from external things but we usually find after he’s done at the groomers, he sheds even a little and he basically hasn’t been shedding. So whatever you guys are doing, keep it up! If we lived in the area, I would come back.

First time here and last. Only one line open and it was long. There were at least 3 employees standing around yacking. Other customers were frustrated. I will give a shout out to Kory who was in the only line open. He was patient and friendly, wish the other employees were like him.

I have always used the groomers at Petsmart in Lake Worth Texas. The services are very satisfactory for my dog, Bella (mini Aussie). But, yesterday, on a Sunday, we had the pleasure of seeing Autumn! She is the first person to tell me that Bella had very clean ears, she trimmed her nails and removed the hair between her pads and also brushed out a fur ball near her tail. Super impressed with Autumn, will always ask for her. I also witnessed her checking out another dog Piper, she informed the owner of some ear issues. Above and beyond!

This petsmart rocks! They are so efficient in preparing my order and the staff are so nice and very helpful! I had purchased 8 pales of cat litter like a crazy person. Despite that the people here went above and beyond. Dane was so quick to help me find my order and offered to help me when he didn’t need to. He was so courteous and friendly during the entire transaction. Thank you!

I am only partial to this location so I can only vouch for my experience at this store. I have been going to the lake worth location for years now. I’m very satisfied with every purchase and purchase experience with the store and all its employees. I would definitely recommend this location. One to stay away from however is the the ridgemar location, the grooming salon, my puppy caught Parvo from this location some years back from them not cleaning there cages properly, sadly she passed away from it. Below are all my fur babies raised in hillside science diet, pet smart is the only place most affordable for it! They do price match brick and mortar locations!
