... and visited this store for more than 10 years and today suffered the worst disappointment after being the victim of aggression by a person inside the store which the manager and other workers protected even refusing to provide evidence even to the authorities, after calling 911 the same manager recommended to the other people involved who were in fact Latinas to leave before the police arrived... I don't know what the manager's interest was that the Pituation by people like these This country This like this has lost values and respect Today it is a danger to go out and this store for me is not safe I recommend you not to go at least to this hucacion. There are many others where we will not have to deal with such unpleasant situations.
I visited this HomeGoods store looking for Hanukkah items, and I was really disappointed to see that while the entrance and several front aisles were fully decorated with Christmas and Lunar New Year products, the Hanukkah section was placed in a tiny shelf all the way in the back of the store. It felt dismissive and unwelcoming. In most stores, holiday items are displayed together in the seasonal front area, even if the Hanukkah section is small. Hiding it in the back made the experience feel uneven and honestly a bit hurtful. Representation matters. I hope the store can be more thoughtful and give all holidays fair visibility.
This store is exceptionally well-organized, making it incredibly easy to find exactly what you're looking for. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and clearly labeled, which saves so much time during your shopping trip.
This is the worst homegoods ever. The people they hire are lazy and incompetent and they overstock the shelves with items that don’t go together so it more closely resembles a thrift store than a retail business. How can you find anything with everything is shoved in every crevice together and if you touch anything the entire pile of crap falls. This why so many of their items are broken.
A delightful shopping experience and I think I be coming back to this store more often. Because they are so well stocked and there’s a great varieties of goods to choose from. Managed to get all I needed.
