I visited HomeGoods today around 4:30 PM and asked an associate about a doormat that didn’t have a price tag. She spoke with the manager, Julio, in Spanish, but I didn’t understand their conversation. When Julio came over, he told me that his associate said the mat was a large size, even though it was actually mid-size. He didn’t try to check or confirm it, and his body language felt dismissive and unhelpful. I’ve always liked HomeGoods, but this experience was disappointing. I hope district management addresses this situation so customers feel respected and heard.

I love home goods.You can find so many unusual and different things. I'm shopping for Halloween things and they have some of the greatest finds there. If you see it, you like it, buy it, decide later. You can always exchange it because it won't be there when you go back.

We love to walk around and peruse in this store. They have a great selection of just about anything you’d need for the home. We like to check out clearance areas to see if there are any hot deals. Today we got a good deal on an area rug. Customer service was friendly and patient when we were having bank card troubles.

I found sugar free coffee syrups by Skinny syrups. I can't wait to try them as they all smell delicious 😋 The isles are too crowded with merchandise its difficult to maneuver around people this time of year. Otherwise a pleasant experience ☺
