I took my dog in for a surgery and well let's just say they almost killed my dog! There where complications during the surgery and no one had the decency to even reach out. Not only that the surgery failed and we ended up taking her back for another surgery to fix the initial surgery on top of that we had to pay for the second surgery which I felt was very unprofessional and at no fault to us that the surgery failed I highly doubt we shouodve had to pay again. I treat my pets as my children and not only are they am inconvenience theyre very unprofessional. Worse experience with a vet office I've ever had. I feel the treatment we received was racially motivated and I will never go here or recommend them to anyone. If I could give 0 stars thats exactly what they wouldve recieved from me. Please do your research when dealing with these Vet offices not all care genuinely care for your pets its about money!

Well i will not recommend this place. With my first dog they did amazing job. Unfortunately he passed away from cancer. When my second dog had skin tags grow on her rear legs i scheduled an appointment. I took her in and dropped her off. I was told around 200-250 to remove them. They called mid afternoon and said she was still under sedation and a little wobbly. I got there and she looked like she was walking on tip toes and her rear end was rolled i then paid a little over 500.00 and I picked her up and took her home. Later i called them and told them she wasnt walking i was told someone will call me back, no call came. So Monday came around and i called first thing and said she wasnt waking. They said bring her in and drop her off. So i did and i got a call around 230 from dr and she said xrays were fine and had a slipped disk or a brain issue. I said she was fine before i brought her here. I then paid another 550 and took her home. The next day i stopped by asking about the blood work results and the lady at the counter said we didnt so blood test, and i said why did the dr and the email say you did. Her exact words were that was an AI letter and it must of picked up something. I have invoices as well as emails backing this up. Needless to say we are stay far away from here in the future. And what you were forgetting to say or comment on is when I brought my dog in, she was walking under her own accord. Since Being seen by you guys she hasn’t walked since. You are negating that part.

Dr. Blackstock and all the folks at Hometown Animal Clinic are simply the best. So kind and brilliant and compassionate. My pup is so well cared for and I always feel like they listen, get things done quickly, and make us feel like valued patients. The best clinic I’ve ever been to! Thanks for all you do.

My dog and I had a great experience at Hometown! After adopting my dog from the humane society and visiting their clinic twice, my husband and I were starting to feel like all vet visits would be stressful and uncomfortable. A friend recommended Hometown, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The doctors and techs were incredibly patient, and everyone was so friendly. We’re so glad we found them!

We've been going here for 2 years, so far, so good!... Our cats were both rescues and we didn't really know their health status until we got our puppy and then started bringing all of them here. Everyone is nice, knowledgeable and treat our animals like their own. Very satisfied with their services.
