Lindsay and I grew up together and I can honestly say not only is she a great person who truly cares about people, but she’s also amazing at what she does. Even after a few sessions my low back pain started to improve. She gives me 1-2 simple at home exercises that I actually do! The studio is nice, clean and welcoming and parking is easy. I’ve been practicing Pilates with Lindsay for 8ish months, and the results have been amazing! I love the vibe, the classes, the personalized attention on form and all things about these classes. My physical health is better and more surprisingly so is my mental health. Lindsey is always careful to make sure her clients don't injure themselves in her equipment classes. She has her heart in the right place and is a good healer! I have been told by another practitioner that my spine is 'collapsing.' (I am 70!) I am doing Pilates to help lengthen my spine. People have lengthened their spine by as much as two inches! Pilates affects me on all levels and I feel the effects for days!. It is said that "after 10 sessions you feel a difference, after 20 sessions you see a difference, and after 30 you have a new body! For me and my situation, Pilates is a necessity! I feel so much stronger and healthier and younger!
