I started coming honor Pilates in Kearny Mesa and it quickly became my favorite. Not only is it aesthetically beautiful but the classes are so impactful. There is no reason why everyone should not make time to get a great workout when it's only 40 mins! Julissa has been my favorite instructor but overall they are all great instructors! Highly reccomend!

My Wife introduced me to HP a month or so ago, and I'm thankful she did. I really enjoy the programming, the professionalism and attentiveness of the instructor cadre and staff members, and the cleanliness of the studio. The workouts seem to be a great mix of challenge and simplicity, which works well for me (as someone who's never done pilates before). I dig the reformer machines that HP uses; they're intuitive and are easy to learn on. Purchased a membership so we can start coming together more often. Definitely worth it for those who implement pilates with strength training/weightlifting, or those who desire posture correction and functional strength.

This workout KICKED MY BUTT. It was so good. This studio is so cute too! I parked on the street and it was fine, there is also a parking lot in the back. Mia was amazing. Her flow was smooth and the playlist was perfect!!

Took the beginner power Pilates (leg heavy)? With Haley Carangelo, who teaches Friday and Sunday mornings. she was a great instructor, she was definitely tough and gave a great challenge but I left feeling very accomplished. Definitely going to recommend to friends and also return. The studio is very nice, very clean, modern, aesthetic, and updated. I booked with ClassPass, which was very convenient and affordable too.

Amazing studio with motivating and friendly instructors! I am updating my review since I got to take a few more instructors and they all deserve a shout out! Special shout out to Summer, Nicole, Mia, Julissa, Ryan, Aliya, Lexie, Natalie, and Haley. They are all so motivating, friendly, and have amazing positive energy. I get a really nice full body workout each time and the studio is so clean and comfortable. I am already feeling so strong and toned after just a few classes. Bonus points for the machines which were newer and very well-kept! There is always a ton of variety among the classes and instructors with the machines. Lance at the front is also always very welcoming and friendly and is super helpful with product knowledge!
