1st class service. I made a mistake while typing in postal address omitting house name. I’d already paid & placed the order. I phoned immediately but shop was already closed so I sent an email & left voicemail. I received a phone call from Mary explaining she had left for the day. She informed me that she would make address amendment tomorrow & phone me when this was done. As promised I received a call from Mary that she’d admend deliver delivery & that parcel had been posted. In addition Mary also informed that it cost less to send to Isle of Wight so has arranged a refund to my account which will be in my account soon. I can’t thank Mary enough for everything & putting my mind at rest. I’ve used Hoolit in the past but this is the 1st time I’ve sent to a different address rather my own. I will certainly use again & hopefully, visit the shop. I would highly recommend this shop for quality of goods & 1st class customer service. 🌟🌟👏🏻👏🏻 Have a lovely Christmas & best wishes for 2026.

Well impressed,ordered Tues evening and email the following day to say order ready for collection Bags are great quality and also bought a few quirky gifts such as westie/coo car air fresheners. Great service and range of scottish products.
