Justin Terlaga is my recruiter and he has been nothing short of wonderful to work with. He was present and honest throughout my application process and has remained so throughout my whole experience thus far. He is patient and considerate despite my sometimes very particular and specific requests regarding my desired assignments. He is intentional about making himself available and even if I text him on a Saturday he responds quickly doesn't make me feel like a burden.
