I appreciate the time you took to research the position, company, and analyze how it lined up with my skills as a candidate. As a candidate, a lot of these interviews give you the sense that people are going through the motions, just checking off another task on their list, or literally reading hypothetical professional questions like :"Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" You get a feeling of being just another number on a conveyor belt, floating through someone's workspace as they inspect you and check their clipboard for the next question. I felt respected and appreciated not only as a candidate, but as a jobseeker and as a person in general. Your advice and suggestions left me with a renewed sense of clarity, hope, and insight on how to improve the efficacy of my job search and interviewing skills.
