I like coming to hot 8 whenever I visit LA and i always have a good experience. I recently took Sculpt with Desiree and her class was one my favorites! Great energy and playlist. I wish there was one in Seattle!

I love hot8! Been to a few different hot yoga studios and Hot8 is by far my favorite. The ktown location is great especially for how busy ktown is in general. Studios are larger than some of the other hot8 locations which I like. The studio is always clean and a good space for the bathrooms which is important to me since I go to class during working hours and need to shower after. Parking is easy and validated. I've never had an issue finding parking. I'm not by any means a yogi and definitely the guy always struggling in class. But I love going and feel I'm always in a safe space to practice and be present.

When I started doing Hot 8 Yoga, I honestly had no idea what i was getting myself into. I gave it a try thanks to my dear friend Chelsey and it was a little challenging at first, but as I started participating more, I enjoyed it in all it's special ways! 15 classes in now and I feel like yoga has become my safe place. Where I can communicate with my body and learn more. I highly recommend you give it a try! So far I've enjoyed Petra, Shaniya, Mimi, & Jimmy's class and looking forward to enjoying all of them. Love this studio with the easy validated parking, cold towels, great instructors, and friendly staff! I appreciate the variety of classes they offer and there is usually some kind of fun promotion going on. Not to mention the heated classes are HOT (no joke!), so you leave each work-out feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommend!
