Great Studio! was in Edinburgh with some colleagues for a work event. Found that they had 3 class packages and committed! Super welcoming safe space! Hot Yoga is exactly what we needed after sitting in conference rooms all day! If you are not familiar with Edinburgh and took an Uber like we did, either go early or put in the address for Greens on the Go and save yourself some walking. Edinburgh can be disorienting to non locals!

I’ve been attending classes at this hot yoga studio for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s become a highlight of my week. The atmosphere is so welcoming and calming, and from the moment I step through the door, I feel at home. The instructors are not just knowledgeable but really take the time to connect with you, offering support and encouragement throughout every class. I always leave feeling so much lighter, both physically and mentally. The studio itself is always spotless, with the perfect temperature to help you stretch and unwind. Absolutely wonderful yoga studio! I hadn't ever done hot yoga before but I went along to a free drop-in class at the start of the year and I haven't looked back. Allison and all the instructors are so welcoming and kind and there's modifications provided in every class so it's perfect for beginners & experienced yogis. The studio itself is clean, there's showers available and lockers too. I can't recommend it enough!

I used to go to this studio several times a week and absolutely loved every single class I tried. I moved further away and still try and get back here because in my opinion, there is no better yoga studio in Edinburgh. The team here are lovely, the atmosphere is so warm and friendly and the studio is so bright and inviting. I really love that the temperature at this studio is warm, hotter in the later classes but is not as intense as a Bikram. It makes it easier to get into the postures and I always leave these classes feeling so glory. Wish I lived closer!

From start to finish, the atmosphere was welcoming, lighthearted, and filled with positive energy. Laura is a fantastic instructor—encouraging, patient, and full of enthusiasm. She made sure everyone, from total beginners to experienced aerial yogis, felt comfortable and confident in the silks. The class had the perfect balance of stretching, strength-building, and playful movements, with plenty of opportunities to flip, float, and even relax in a blissful cocoon at the end. It was such a joy to experience the freedom of movement that aerial yoga offers, and Laura’s upbeat guidance made it even more enjoyable. Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, build core strength, or simply have a fun and unique workout, this class delivers it all. Highly recommend—can’t wait to go back!
