I’ve been with Lucia for 3 years now and I can’t recommend her highly enough. I started with in person lessons and switched to online lessons since her move to Scotland and Covid. Lucia is very friendly, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. I like the most that she explains why we’re doing certain exercises, what they help with and she corrects our positioning to make sure we get the best out of our class. I started pilates to strengthen my core after pregnancy. I very quickly realised that it also helped my posture, no more back pain after 10h shifts in hospital and it also immensely helped with my mental health. If you’re looking for a great Pilates teacher, look no more, Lucia is your person!
Lucia is an incredibly dedicated and knowledgable pilates teacher. I initially came to her classes with many injuries and her depth of knowledge has helped me immensely with both my physical and mental well being.
I have attended both reformer and mat classes with Lucia. Her skill in managing people of different levels in a class is exceptional. Her classes are relaxed and fun, but physically challenging, ensuring that you feel exhilarated, rejuvenated and if you work hard then also pleasantly fatigued. The hour just disappears. The processes of dealing with Reformforlife has been seamless and easy. Lucia's online classes have been a great and novel experience for me.
