This place is outstanding. Such a hidden gem. Every last detail is excellent. Customer service, esp in the spa is great. The only thing i find highly disturbing is their promo that Catholic priests can stay there for free? Not the flex they might think that is. But to each their own, it’s a free country.

This place is beautiful and the staff are so genuinely kind and welcoming! I didn't use many of the facilities as I was busy most of my stay, but they have a very large selection of excellent amenities I will have to partake in during my next visit. The room was fantastic and very comfortable with a stunning view of a very green Austin landscape. I did utilize and lot if room service and the food was quick, hot, and gourmet. The steaks are very good and high tier restaurant quality. I will definitely be back sometime to enjoy all the spa offerings.

Wonderful Stay at Hotel Viata – Excellent Location and Outstanding Service! I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Viata in Austin, TX. The hotel is beautifully designed, offering a peaceful and elegant atmosphere while still being close to everything you might want to see and do in the city. The amenities are excellent — from the comfortable rooms to the relaxing outdoor spaces and top-notch dining options. What truly made my stay exceptional was the hotel’s driver, Chandler. He is an absolute gem — professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Chandler provided airport pick-up and drop-off, took me around town, and even drove me to another hotel for a conference. His service is prompt, reliable, and very reasonably priced — a much better experience than using rideshare apps. He drives a spotless car, and his warm, friendly personality makes every ride a pleasure. Hotel Viata is already a wonderful place to stay, but Chandler’s service truly elevated the experience. Highly recommend both the hotel and his transportation services!

10/10 – A Hidden Gem with Heartfelt Hospitality! If you’re looking for a hidden gem of a hotel with a cozy, boutique feel, look no further than Hotel Viata. Perched on a hill, it offers amazing views from every nook and cranny. From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely delightful and accommodating. Highlights from our stay: 1. A complimentary bottle of wine to start things off right 2. Rooms equipped with a mini fridge and a Keurig (with real creamer, not the fake stuff!) 3. Stunning hillside views right from our room 4. A great bar and restaurant with live music 5. A small but beautiful pool area and spa — cozy and relaxing 6. A fun perk: a partnership with Tesla that let us drive one around town for free for 4 hours! 7. Delicious brunch that’s absolutely worth waking up for 8. And above all, the fantastic staff. FINALLY.....A huge shoutout to PATRICK and CHANDLER for their outstanding recommendations and hospitality, they made our stay even more memorable. Can’t wait to visit again, this place and its people truly deserve all the stars!!!!

Awesome hotel for a staycation in Westlake! The views are fantastic. Very quiet. The pool is nice. You can order drinks and food at the bar (hamburger was amazing). My only issue is that the lighting in the rooms and bathroom is too dim. Oh, and I wasn't impressed by the breakfast. Luckily, there are plenty of spots close by (e.g., The Well and The Grove).
