I went in about week before christmas, as I had cracked my laptop screen and moisture got in. The tech was completely honest with me, advised he could fix it, it would cost $600, told me he could fix it, but stated my laptop could still end up not working in a few weeks, and advised I may be better off buying an ipad for the same price. He even went online to check ipad prices for me. And was a great conversationalist, giving some great advice on other aspects of life. He could've made some money from me and fixed my laptop, but instead gave honest advice about the pros and cons of fixing it. It can be so hard to trust phone and laptop repair shops. But I'd 100% trust this guy
Absolutely the best repair experience I’ve ever had! I had an incredible experience at this repair shop in West End, Brisbane. My MacBook Air keyboard stopped working after I accidentally spilled juice on it, causing serious water damage. The technician GEORGE repaired it quickly, professionally, and at a very affordable price. The service was efficient, friendly, and transparent, they explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the process. I was also really impressed that the staff offer both English and Mandarin service, which made communication super easy and comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and multilingual repair experts in Brisbane!

My Galaxy S23 had been having charging issues for a while; Optus store told me it was still under warranty but they'd have to send it off to some repair centre, taking 8-10 business days. So I thought I'd explore local repair-shop options first. Sam did not need 8-10 business days to accurately diagnose and *completely* repair the problem - it barely took him that many *minutes* to do this, while I waited. And I was astounded by how minimal the bill was - I would have happily paid $50-100 (it was certainly worth that much to me to have this thing fixed); he asked me for $5. (And wouldn't allow me to pay more.) "Write a five-star review if you like, though." I'd been going to do that anyway... I'd give this place six stars if I could! Sam is my new go-to expert for ANY computing hardware issues and I cannot recommend him highly enough!
