Karteka went above and beyond to unlock my elderly friends Samsung tablet and update versions it hadn’t been used for a number of years. She is so happy and is now able to access library books which she had never done previously. I picked it up within 24 hours and his service price was extremely reasonable. His understanding of her circumstances and helping to please is rare in today’s fast paced world. I absolutely recommend this business and are so thrilled that it’s here in West End. Well done
