Really enjoying Hotworx. The heat makes every workout feel way more effective, and I always leave with a great sweat. The studio is super clean, the staff is always helpful and genuinely nice, and being open 24/7 is a huge bonus for my schedule. Each sauna has three spots, but most people are really courteous and usually choose to work out solo, so you rarely have to worry about someone joining your session if that’s a concern of yours. Overall, it’s super convenient, clean, and the workouts feel amazing. Highly recommend.

Great workout facility with friendly staff. It’s always very clean! The saunas are awesome, I always get a great sweat and feel incredible when I leave. Highly recommend Hotworx!

I absolutely love HOTWORX! This location is super clean, the employees are super friendly, and the infrared saunas really give you a great detoxifying work out! I love doing hot yoga here. You can book a time slot on the app and most of the time you get the whole sauna to yourself or you can book with a friend! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this concept! My friend brought me as a guest to try it out and it was such a great experience I joined within the week 👍🏻 There are so many workout options that I’ve never gotten bored, and the hours make it perfect for my crazy work schedule. I even convinced my husband who has back issues to try it out, and he joined immediately. As a plus, the staff is always friendly and helpful…highly recommend!
