I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dave and more recently with Gillian at House + Co. They are exactly what I am looking for in a letting agent. I receive prompt and succinct replies to correspondence and Gillian goes out of her way to make sure any requests of mine are dealt with in the same manner. Gillian also takes care of my tenants to a high standard. Highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience with House + Co during my move-in process. Joe and Freya were both very helpful and supportive throughout. In particular, Joe was excellent, as he was my main point of contact for the property. He answered all of my queries promptly and clearly, and even when the referencing paperwork was delayed, he genuinely tried his best to help me move in on my originally planned date. Unfortunately, due to some referencing delays, the move-in had to be pushed back by a few days. However, this was completely understandable given the Christmas and New Year holiday period, and the communication throughout was transparent and reassuring. Overall, the service leading up to the move-in was professional, friendly, and well managed. I am very happy with how everything was handled and hopeful that this will be a long and smooth tenancy, similar to my previous long-term rentals. Thank you again to Joe and Freya for all your help.

I’ve had a genuinely excellent experience with House & Co in Bristol, both for lettings and sales, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Dave House, who manages the lettings team, has been absolutely fantastic. He is always incredibly responsive whenever I email, very friendly and approachable, and consistently finds solutions quickly and efficiently. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and issues are always dealt with promptly and professionally, which gives real peace of mind as a landlord. The rest of the lettings team are also brilliant — helpful, proactive and easy to work with — and the sales team have been equally supportive and professional throughout the selling process. Overall, House & Co have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They are reliable, personable, and clearly care about providing a high standard of service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy estate agent in Bristol.

We are very grateful to Freya for facilitating a smooth renting experience. She was consistently polite and helpful, responding to queries and addressing issues promptly. Her ability to liaise with the landlords ensured that matters were resolved without delay, and we did not have any concerns during the process. Moreover, she kept open communication with us at all times especially when appointments had been booked for the gas safety engineers and electricians. She has provided a very reliable service.
