As of now, this is my honest review unless we receive an acceptable response. We scheduled a two-hour foam party on October 3rd, and within 20 minutes the machine’s fan stopped working. We immediately called the company, and it took approximately 30 minutes for someone to arrive, while we had a party full of guests waiting for the foam to work. When the technician arrived, he worked on the machine for about 30 minutes and was on the phone with someone who was trying to help get it to work. Ultimately, told us he believed the machine had overheated and possibly burned out, or needed time to cool down. Unfortunately, he stated he was unable to fix it at that time. Our instructions were simple, and they were followed exactly as provided. I called today to get an update regarding a refund or rescheduling, and I was told that the issue is “under investigation” and that they believe our power went out, causing the problem. I explained that our power never went out, and even their own technician could not repair the machine. I was told someone would follow up later. Please note that it is now January. This situation has gone unresolved for months, which is completely unacceptable.

Cannot recommend highly enough! HOBA came through for our event LITERALLY last minute, when our original company canceled on us. Astronaut Suni Williams was fundraising for a local charity, and it wouldn’t have happened without these guys! They will be my first call for ALL of our future events!

We had a family bbq & rented a water slide from House of Bounce in Alvin. It was a huge success! We had kids ranging in age from 3 to almost 11, and they had a blast!! House of Bounce was on time with set up & pick up. Very professional & courteous. Price was competitive with other party rental businesses. I’d definitely do business with them again. 5 star!⭐️

House of Bounce Alvin was amazing!!! Nice, professional, and great to work with! We had them at our event for the community in San Leon. They made the event wonderful for our families in having fun. We will definitely use their services again. They even had a crew stay to run the Toxic Meltdown inflatable. Thank you so much!!!
