Everyone I interacted with has been so kind and professional. I took a trombone in for a minor adjustment (at a very busy time of year for instrument repairs) but they had it completed within 2 days. The technician called me to inform me about the work performed and was even kind enough to not charge me for the repair. I would definitely recommend this location for great service!!!!
