Love it here. Gated with key card access for the gate and the door to the main entrance. Once inside you need a key to access your personal studio. They do a decent job of keeping the temp comfortable!

The place to rehearse in Sacramento. The rooms are climate controlled but not individually. So sometimes it's a bit too warm, or cool. Not unbearable. Our room has a ceiling fan. Its spacious and secure. I just wish we had a few more electrical outlets. The rent is reasonable. The place is monitored well with video cameras. Key cards let you in to the parking lot, which is enclosed with fencing and the same key card also let's you into the main building. A big roll up door makes load-in and loadout easy. Vending machines for a quick snack or drink are available. But there is a waitlist. We had to wait about 6 months to get a spot. Once in, I found out most of my favorite local bands and musicians practice and rehearse here. It's a pretty cool spot to make connections, collaborate, practice rehearse. But don't be a bum and try to live here. They monitor that kinda stuff. 9/10

Don't bother hitting them up. My drummer and I have called 12 times over the last 2 weeks and not only has no one picked but I left a brief message with my number and email everytime and not one callback nor one message... IDK I guess they don't need any new customers.

Very solid rehearsal space. The rooms are laid out and built in a professional manner. I really like the place. The rent is reasonable too... not super low, but not shockingly high either. The staff is very cool. Totally reasonable cats

I would have given them an 'Excellent' rating except that their prices are a bit high for starving musicians. Otherwise, the place is secure and comfortable so far and I would recommend other musicians to check it out to see if it's right for them.
