I had an incredible experience at House of Lagree Keswick! We were greeted warmly when we arrived, and the class with Emily absolutely kicked my butt. I honestly haven’t felt that level of exercise ever—it was challenging, energizing, and so worth it! 💪

I tried my second pilates class ever at this studio while travelling to Edmonton to visit family over the holidays. The front desk was super welcoming. Alexa was the instructor and she helped me get set up on the bench (looks like a reformer but I think called something else). She also came by and corrected movements for me when needed. Great instructor! I loved the mix of upper and lower body exercises. Solid pacing throughout. I liked that I sat in holds long enough to burn but not so long that I cracked. I’m reasonably athletic and didn’t find the workout overwhelming but to be fair, it seems like it is possible to push yourself even harder if you drop lower into movements and move more slowly. It was humbling how much my legs and arms shook. Overall the place had a nice vibe - welcoming and fun. People seemed to be regulars and multiple people said hi. Will go back a few more times while home.

Lagree is tough but I keep coming back as 1) my core is stronger than ever 2) the instructors are fantastic and correct your form 3) the space is clean, spacious, and stylish. You are guaranteed to feel sore after a class led by Kristin, Maria, Christy, Cesar, or Devon!
