I purchased 9 target cameras in September 2023, and as of August 2025 they are still not functional. I’ve worked with the company over this time, and while they have made some attempts to resolve the issue, the system has never worked as intended. I’ve tried every troubleshooting option available on my end, but the cameras remain unusable. As a business owner, this has been a constant source of frustration for my staff and customers who attempt to use them daily. I had hoped for a better experience given the investment.

Great product support, I bought the camera warranty and ended up using it. I am local to them and they repaired my camera while I waited, saved me the cost of shipping. Their product works great too, I use them for 1000 yard shooting.

I wanted to reach out and thank Jason and the entire Long Shot team for their outstanding support for their products Jason worked tiresly to ensure that my issues with the Long shot 300 system app and poor signal quality that I was having. For me the long shot team went above and beyond in their support and were always very responsive to my emails, questions and suggestions. In the end all is well and I am enjoying the long shot camera system immensely. Again thank you for your help and support.. Cannot recommend enough..

I bought the Targetvision ELR for my boyfriend and he loves it! The entire Targetvision team are super helpful. Way better than Bullseye products, for I have purchased theirs as well. Nothing compares!!!! 👍🏼👍🏼

Awesome customer service if you buy the target system be sure to buy the bullet proof warranty. Clay handled my claim like a pro and I have my unit restored and back with me within 5 days of shipping couldn't ask for better service The system itself is also great (if you don't shoot it). Strongly recommend to anyone shooting paper at any kind of distance, now I can spend more time shooting and less time traveling backward and forward to the target
