This was my first ever ball and weight mat pilates class and I am so glad I came to House of Wellness! I love the energy in the building and everything you need to have a great experience at any level is there. Tanisha is an awesome instructor and we left class with our bodies feeling challenged. I am not local, my friend invited me to join her here, but I will definitely be back next time I visit!

The semi private reformer class was amazing. I was super nervous at first. This was my first attempt at Pilates. Sosha, was super welcoming and positive. The atmosphere was clean and an all around vibe. I plan to make this a monthly routine for my health and wellness journey. Thank you 🩷

This was my first Pilates class ever! I loved it the instructor was really good and I appreciate how they had the option to do a modified version if you needed. They also called me after the class to ask me about my experience because I mentioned to the instructor that I had tailbone issues and she gave me tips for that. Overall I highly recommend the class waa a perfect size and felt very personal.

I took a Mat Sculpt class with Sosha. It was intense, but a great and invigorating workout. Sosha has an upbeat and encouraging personality and guides you through the workout without judgement. She allows you to take breaks if needed. When you come be prepared to sweat and push through! Overall, I loved the class and the community at HOW! 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely LOVE HOW! My best friends and I started classes in December and we've been hooked ever since. From Mat Foundations to Power Pilates, there's a class for everyone. EACH instructor is great, there isn't a mid one in sight. It doesn't matter who's teaching, you're going to get the work. The vibe is inclusive and fun and your classmates are always a good time. From the beginning, you feel like you're apart of the tribe and you truly are.
