Loved this company. They painted the outside if my mother's house in la crescenta and it looks fabulous! Meticulous about not dripping paint or making a mess. It is so well done. They prepped for 2-3 days and then painted for 3 days. The owner and salesman James Lee has been in business for 44 years. He is smart and kind and knowledgeable. He was so convincing as his record speaks for itself. He has painted 1000s of houses and employs many teams of people he trains. They were polite and attentive to our every request and fixed holes and cracks amd water damage and more. We felt we were in excellent hands..the team who came to work for him at my house were 0h and his two sons Gary and Chris. All Korean American and so very helpful and nice to see each day. I would strongly recommend them to any one. Tell them BARBIE sent you. I live on Community. A+ Rating and will hire them again if we need indoor rooms painted. Very reasonable and licensed and bonded. Oh had worked for Mr. Lee for over 30 years!

House Painting Inc is an excellent company to do business with!! Johnny and his crew did an outstanding exterior paint job on our home. They spent a great deal of time on prep work and the end results were awesome! Our 1954 year old home looks beautiful and the curb appeal is great. We've received many positive comments from neighbors and friends. Mr. Lee's workers are very professional and extremely detail- oriented. We have alot of wood trim and had stucco which needed repair. They completed all the work expertly and on time. We got a number of bids and we are so pleased we went with House Painting Inc. They were competitively priced and , we feel, a very good value. Worth every penny.

Thank you! It's a relief to have our house painted by such professional, clean, and hard workers. The prep work they did was amazing and the finished work really beautifully done. James was very responsive to my questions and the guys, especially Abraham, really took care of our home. Great job!

Top top top notch. We couldn't have been more impressed. We had a 3 person crew headed up by Andrew who has been painting homes and buildings for 26 years. They painted our 1400 sft Spanish Revival in about a week and it turned out incredible. Our house was in major disrepair and they spent about 3/4 of the time prepping the job - scraping, patching, priming, etc. The painting itself did not take that long and having said, it was done meticulously. They didn't spill a drop. When the time comes, we are going to have them do our interior, as well. We couldn't recommend this company enough.

We have had several bad experiences with painters in the past so we are always looking for a good painter needed. I am happy to say we have finally found someone. The most important part of the job is the prep work and James Lee House Painting was fabulous on prep. Even my very critical husband was impressed. The job they did was perfect, couldn't find a single thing to fault them on. They are on time, polite, great with prep work and with painting and always leave your home clean when they leave. They are very meticulous in their work. Highly recommend them.
