Our experience with Housed Real Estate was superb. Megan Thomas, our agent, and Housed sold our house quickly and made the entire process seamless. Megan was flexable and we never felt overwhelmed. Megan stayed responsive throughout - whether we called, texted, or emailed. She explained each step of the process clearly and kept us from getting blindsided by requirements or timelines. When we had concerns, she addressed them quickly. Before listing, she walked through our home and offered practical recommendations that made a difference to prospective buyers. Her team was professional and easy to work with. Their top-notch marketing materials presented our home well.
