Everyone at HCS is top notch and know their shit! Recommended highly to anyone that asks. You don’t stay in business for 30+ years if you’re not great at what you do! They take care of you above and beyond! They even bought me lunch yesterday since I was hanging out for a while. That’s service! They genuinely care about you as a customer and that they do it right! No BS fair prices and excellent service! If something doesn’t go to plan they will make it right no question! Shout out to Mo for his kindness and just an all around awesome dude! Run don’t walk to Houston Car Stereo if you need anything done, you won’t regret it!!

I can’t recommend Houston Car Stereo enough. I’ve had two of my vehicles fitted with subwoofers by them, and every time they’ve gone above and beyond anything I’ve experienced at other shops. From day one, I was treated like a VIP customer, even though I definitely wasn’t spending VIP money. Muhammad and his team don’t just try to sell you equipment. They actually make sure you understand what you want and help you figure out what makes sense for your car, your goals, and your budget. They have a deep understanding of how to make things work the right way, and they make everything fit your needs instead of just pushing parts. When anything needed fine-tuning or adjustment, they didn’t upsell, they didn’t cut corners, and they didn’t make excuses, they just took care of it and made sure everything was right. Their attention to detail, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile is rare these days. If you want an honest shop that treats you with respect, knows their craft, and truly cares about getting the job done correctly, Houston Car Stereo is the place. I’m beyond impressed and won’t go anywhere else for audio upgrades. Highly recommend.

I read reviews before going here and they were so accurate. Zee helped me get the best car alarm installed for my car and was very helpful. I was pleased with Houston Car Stereo's knowledge of car alarms and professionalism. Really liked how I could text Remy and get some details on shopping for car alarms before coming in to their shop. It saved me a lot of time and anxiety. By the time I arrived, I had a good idea about the installation process and price ranges on various systems. They really take care of you! Exceptional customer service. I got the carplay installed on my Lexus and it's working well. Had a tiny issue where my touch bar wouldn't navigate to the left side of the panel but Zaid sorted it out. He got to the bottom of it. They do quality work and are really good people there. Would highly recommend going to Houston Car Stereo! The brothers there will help you out! Really great customer service.

I didn’t know what to expect when I first walked into this car stereo shop, but I’m so glad I chose this location. Back in 2020, they installed an updated Alpine 8-inch screen in my 2003 Harley Davidson F-150, and the quality of their work brought me back in 2025 for a full speaker upgrade. Not only did they upgrade the sound system, but they also built a custom subwoofer box that took everything to the next level. The sound quality now is absolutely incredible—like a brand-new, high-end audio system. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car audio. These guys are true professionals who know exactly what they’re doing. Highly recommend!
