Max did an amazing job from start to finish, communicated effectively through text and phone call! I was happy to hear that they were able to fix my MacBook Pro because Apple was going to buy it back for only $200, for something worth $1300. I got it in 2019, it went out by 2023, I was disappointed for a while. But I’m glad I held on to it and they were able to fix it for me!
