I want to express my appreciation and satisfaction that I have with Houston Spa and Pools, and Steve, the owner. My wife and I told each other that after we moved from our old home that another pool was not in our future. We moved to rural Texas and realized that with no amenities, we not only, needed something for ourselves but something to make my granddaughter and future grand children want to come out because there was something for them in our home. After speaking with many pool builders who gave us plans and prices, Steve sat down with us and heard what we said, and considered our budget and designed a pool that not only met our expectations, but exceeded them in the budget we created. Not only did he exceed our expectations, he even added a few things that made it a stronger offer than the one we accepted. My favorite part of his design is that we have a bench in the deep end to rest on, but he added a built in table that was made of gunite and is a peranent part of the pool It is beautiful. But this is where Steve stands tall. We signed the contract at the beginning of October, He promised that he would start the pool before we left for our vacation to Greece on the 22nd. He also promised that we would be able to swim by December the 15th, even though it was winter and no one would be swimming then. The tractors showed up on the 15th and he had gunite on the 20th of October, and we filled the pool on the 1st of December. Exactly what he had promised. But this is where he exceeded his promises. He knew we would be away after the gunite was poured so he showed up each day to spray the pool down, which is a very important part of building a gunite pool. We live a ways from his office in Cypress, but he still came. We were in Greece looking on our security cameras and we could see him out there watering. What!! People do not give service like this. I can go on and on about our experience with Steve and Houston Pools and Spas, but this is the bottom line. In my life I have installed 3 swimming pools in homes I have owned, and this by far was the best experience. He delivered EXACTLY what he promised and exceeded it. If any one wants a swimming pool, I would not only give Steve a chance to present his product, but I assure you that once he does, your search will stop there. Thanks Steve for treating me and my wife like we were the most important people you were working with at that time. It has been the best experience, by far in contractors that have done work for me. I highly recommend Houston Pools and Spas.

Steve at Houston Pools & Spa provides great service. Two years ago he built my pool and has provided great service since then. Today I found one tile that needed to be reset, his team came out and provided same day service, not only did they reset the tile with the issue but they reset every tile around the pool. Working with Houston Pools and Spas LLC was an amazing experience from start to finish. What stood out the most was how attentive Steve and his entire team were to my needs throughout the project. Anytime I had a question or wanted to make an adjustment, they were readily available and willing to work with me to make sure everything turned out exactly as I envisioned. Steve truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. On one occasion, he personally came out and spent over eight hours updating the firmware and wiring of our automated system—something most pool company owners would never take the time to do. On another occasion he came out to ensure that the clean up was in pristine condition! That level of commitment and care is rare, and it made all the difference. The quality of the work is outstanding—our pool came out even better than we imagined. The crew was professional, respectful, and detail-oriented, and you could tell they really take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a pool builder who offers competitive pricing, listens with care, communicates clearly, and stands behind their work…I can’t recommend Houston Pools and Spas enough. Steve sets the bar high, and his team delivers.

Steve completed a pool inspection for me last week. He was very professional and thorough. Every component of the pool was inspected and tested for functionality. I was provided a detailed picture report which included both cosmetic and mandatory repairs with the estimated cost to repair. Steve even called me after the inspection and walked me though the report since I have never owned a pool. I highly recommend and would hire Steve again.
