Steve at Houston Pools & Spa provides great service. Two years ago he built my pool and has provided great service since then. Today I found one tile that needed to be reset, his team came out and provided same day service, not only did they reset the tile with the issue but they reset every tile around the pool. I highly recommend this company
Working with Houston Pools and Spas LLC was an amazing experience from start to finish. What stood out the most was how attentive Steve and his entire team were to my needs throughout the project. Anytime I had a question or wanted to make an adjustment, they were readily available and willing to work with me to make sure everything turned out exactly as I envisioned. Steve truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. On one occasion, he personally came out and spent over eight hours updating the firmware and wiring of our automated system—something most pool company owners would never take the time to do. On another occasion he came out to ensure that the clean up was in pristine condition! That level of commitment and care is rare, and it made all the difference. The quality of the work is outstanding—our pool came out even better than we imagined. The crew was professional, respectful, and detail-oriented, and you could tell they really take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a pool builder who offers competitive pricing, listens with care, communicates clearly, and stands behind their work…I can’t recommend Houston Pools and Spas enough. Steve sets the bar high, and his team delivers.

Randy and Steve did an amazing job with our pool remodel and concrete painting. Randy communicated very well and worked around our schedule. The quality of work was top-notch, and they were reliable and efficient. They also cleaned up after the project was completed. Randy helped us with material selection and provided a variety of options. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Houston Pools & Spas.
