Great customer service!! Kelly was on top of everything and answered any questions that arose prerty much any time during our time together . She was excellent to work with and always seemed to have the right answers to make me feel more comfortable and know everything that was going on with all the processing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a loan !! I give her 10

This was our first home buying experience, and the patience, generosity and dedication that Howard Hanna had for us was amazing. At no point were we left in the dark about anything, they made our home buying experience more comfortable and much less stressful. Thank you specifically to Tim Fisher and Kelly Kirk for the amazing service you did for us. When I first applied for a loan to buy a house I didn't think it was possible. However Heather Sapp made the impossible with possible. Yes of course I have good credit. However she pulled my credit report twice which I only consented to once. She also failed to tell me the final closing cost. I also was able to get home insurance through Howard hanna mortgage. They also appraised the house with great detail.

Heather did a second look at my buyer's credit initially. We found out that the initial lender who gave us a pre-approval letter did NOT actually run my client's credit! My client got a FREE $100 gift card in the mail a week later just for allowing Heather to take what we thought was a second look at the buyer's credit and see if she could do anything for him. She matched the rate and points from the first lender AND got a lower cash to close amount for the buyer! Wow! That was fabulous news. After trying to communicate with the first lender and having it take a day or more for him to get back to us, the decision to switch to Heather Sapp at Howard Hanna Mortgage was a NO BRAINER! She was ALWAYS so VERY RESPONSIVE! After business hours and EVEN on weekends! She kept us informed EVERY step of the way. Simply could not ask for a better loan officer! Thank you, Heather!
