Being in the industry I thought I could sell my property by owner. However, it was an emotional sale so I opted to employ a realtor. I asked around and all I spoke to suggested Lance Tyo. Since Lance and I have known each other for years it was an easy choice. Now that the property is sold and closed I can say with all honesty how thankful I am to have had Lance working with me. My wife and I found our dream house (despite not actively looking) and it was listed by Lance and his team. Lance's expertise made the buying process seamless, and when a couple minor items arose from the inspection, Lance knew which contractors to reach out to and even helped coordinate repairs. Given how great the purchasing experience was, we then chose to have Lance's team list our home. We received two offers at asking price within three days of listing, and we closed within 30 days. I would recommend Lance and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Perhaps the best thing to happen to us in our move to Toledo was finding Lance Tyo. This is the fourth career move we've made, and fourth home we've bought; and by far Lance Tyo is the absolute best realtor we've ever worked with. Such a professional!
