I had an issue with my tax return from a different preparer ; so I called Ms . Trudy from Howard Tax Prep, to see if she could help me out. She was extremely patient , very kind , professional, and gave me a wealth of information. . She even gave me resources for other Tax preparation outlets, that could be of assistance to me. I booked a consultation with Trudy for bookkeeping assistance and she was phenomenal. She went above and beyond and gave a clear and concise overview of the current state of my books and how she can improve them. Unfortunately at this time her services are a little out of my budget. However, if you have the money, I do believe she will be worth every penny. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. It is worth mentioning that my friend is the one who referred her services to me, and he too has had an excellent experience. From a service and expertise standpoint Trudy exceeded my expectations and I appreciate the time that she took to go over everything with me!
