He handled every complexity swiftly and accurately, answered my questions promptly, and transformed what had seemed like a daunting process into a smooth experience. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Andre. After filing my taxes, he completely disappeared and ghosted me. I tried reaching out multiple times regarding some follow-up questions I had, but received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication and responsibility is unacceptable, especially considering the fees I paid for their services. I would strongly advise against using Andre for any financial or tax-related matters. It's clear that once they have your money, they have no interest in providing even basic customer service. Save yourself the frustration and find a CPA who actually cares about their clients and their responsibilities.

Andre was wonderful! He was able to take me on when my other accounting firm could not do my taxes in time and finished them well before the 4/15 deadline. He also helped me maximize my return after my first owner/occupant home purchase. I will definitely work with him again!
