We were extremely upset with the transparency of HR block. There was a bate and switch. We called and specifically explained our situation what documents we had. We were quoted a price which we verified before we went in. When we went in we reiterated the price with the front desk which she verified. When we went back everything went smooth until we were told our total we needed to pay. The price went from $165 TO OVER $400. When we pointed out the discrepancy we were told there was nothing we could do. The work was done. What can you do when they have your most vital info. We were so stunned they wouldn't even take responsibility or help in any way. Not sure if anyone can reach out and help but I can say we will never come back if this is how you do bussiness.

Very disappointing experience. My appointment with Susan was at 12:00 PM, and I arrived on time. She immediately told me I had missed it and waved me off without letting me explain. When she checked her computer, she realized it was her mistake , but instead of apologizing, she laughed and said I was on time. By then I was already upset and left. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and apology was unacceptable.

Robert was a great help, explaining everything and making sure no details were missed. Although we went another direction at the end of the day, he was courteous and understanding the whole way through.
