Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, location is nearby, very fast completion of business... really it's just easier to say that I can't imagine using another company, a different branch or doing them myself, so long as my neighborhood H&R Block is available.

Took 15 mins to do a standard return and then charged me 157. Will never use h&r block again, ridiculously overpriced. I've used you guys for years but I'm done with paying that much for a couple clicks I can do myself on turbotax.
